My Role
My contribution focused on translating field research insights into a cohesive visual narrative that defined the brand’s approachable yet professional tone. The goal was to create a suite of illustrations and assets that could be used in presentations, research reports, and digital platforms to explain the journey from "problem discovery" to "solution implementation."
Communicating Research
The core difficulty lay in the "intangibility" of innovation. Design thinking involves messy research, iterative loops, and abstract brainstorming that can often feel confusing to stakeholders. This project required a visual system that could bridge the gap between high-level strategy and human emotion. Low scope to be too creative but also the visual needed to have an impact on the readers from the bank.



Making the data speak!
Human Centric
Every illustration featured a person representating data points - interacting with the real world, ensuring the viewer always felt the impact and emotion that the human felt.
Use of Metaphors
Instead of showing a generic "meeting," the illustrations used metaphors like navigating a maze or building a bridge to represent the struggle, joys and journeys of the users.
Dynamic Linework
The use of varied line weights and a vibrant color palette created a sense of energy and movement, mirroring the fast-paced nature of a design sprint.

Two Patterns
Kerala & Bihar
Against each data point lied a human from either state. These two states were the target of the research for this particular bank. To differentiate between the two, I used similar language but different people, colors and metaphors.
